Description

You will design and build conversational chatbot experiences capable of handling multi-turn conversations with contextual understanding.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build intuitive chatbot interfaces and implement NLP for accurate user input interpretation.
• Develop AI/ML models for intent recognition, sentiment analysis, and predictive recommendations.
• Create dynamic interaction flows and improve accuracy through feedback loops and data analysis.
• Integrate chatbots with enterprise systems, databases, and observability tools to retrieve real-time data.
• Maintain secure, scalable connections between chatbots and external services to enable real-time actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chatbot development and systems integration.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go.
• Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow, or AWS LEX.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and context-aware conversational AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and API security best practices.
• Experience integrating with observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience deploying and scaling solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing ML models directly within cloud environments.
