Description

You will lead the deployment and development lifecycle for enterprise chatbots.

Responsibilities

• Derive and document existing chatbot use cases and technical implementations.
• Design and document high-level system integrations.
• Configure, design, and deploy chatbots using Verint or Speakeasy.
• Integrate chatbots with enterprise messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Teams, Webchat, IVR).

Required Skills

• 8+ years experience deploying chatbots.
• Strong knowledge of NLP concepts (intents, entities, dialog management).
• Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware.
• Proficiency in Javascript.
• Experience with JSON, XML, and Webhooks.
• Hands-on experience with Verint or Speakeasy.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with containerized deployments: Docker.
• Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2.0, SAML, mTLS).
