You will build conversational AI virtual assistants and enterprise-grade bots.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop APIs, components, and web services using Node.js and JavaScript.
• Design solutions by analyzing business requirements and interacting with business teams.
• Build and scale applications and database infrastructure for high-traffic, real-time enterprise apps.
• Partner with the Kore.ai team to create conversational AI assistants across various domains.
• Apply Agile methodologies, design patterns, and software revision control systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Proficiency with JSON, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Experience implementing Web Services using REST and SOAP.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization techniques.
• Experience with IVR bots using contact center software like Genesys or Cisco.
• Practical use of Dialogflow, Rasa, or Botpress.
• Competency in code documentation and handover processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Experience with Web Sockets.
