Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety procedures for personnel handling dangerous chemicals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within manufacturing processes.
• Evaluate equipment and processes to maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct research to design and improve manufacturing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering.
• Hands-on experience with catalysts.
• Deep understanding of chemical engineering principles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing process deviations.
• Experience implementing safety and environmental regulatory compliance.
• Ability to conduct technical research for process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
