Description

You will manage a materials catalogue and apply chemistry expertise to drive commercial product success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer queries regarding materials.
• Procure and maintain stock levels for approximately 1,000 materials to ensure rapid order fulfillment.
• Manage the supply chain and develop existing supplier relationships.
• Bridge the gap between the technical materials team and professional customer support.
• Own and manage all relevant product procurement data.

Required Skills

• Master’s degree in Chemistry or Materials Science (Bachelor’s degree considered with significant relevant chemical business experience).
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrable knowledge of chemical identity and purity assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficient IT skills.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to solve problems across both business and chemistry domains.
