Description

You will configure and develop solutions on the Cherwell Service Management platform to support ITIL processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build customized workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces for business processes.
• Configure and deploy Cherwell solutions across dev, test, stage, and production environments.
• Interface the platform with existing customer data sources and tools.
• Manage application installation and administration tasks.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience configuring and developing solutions on the Cherwell Service Management platform.
• Experience managing Cherwell development within multi-environment settings.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL, LDAP, SAML, and Active Directory.
• Experience with report writing using SQL Reporting, Cognos, or PowerBi.
• Development experience involving APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with MS Exchange.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of ITSM configuration and deployment experience.
• Knowledge of the ITIL Framework and Agile/Scrum methodology.
