Chief Cyber Security Practice Head

Define the technical and strategic cybersecurity direction to achieve product-market fit and drive commercial outcomes across all product and service lines.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and roadmaps by identifying market trends, emerging technologies, and threat landscapes.
• Lead the development of the StickSecure cybersecurity platform by providing technical input and collaborating with product teams.
• Oversee all cybersecurity practices, including the creation of new consulting services to meet market needs.
• Act as the principal technical advisor, providing high-level risk assessments and strategic client consultations.
• Spearhead research and development efforts to integrate latest security technologies into company services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership or CISO roles.
• Proven expertise in technical leadership and driving innovation.
• Demonstrated experience in platform development.
• Strong background in strategic project management.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and emerging threats.
• Experience in managing organizational structures for optimal service delivery.
