Define the technical and strategic cybersecurity direction to drive product-market fit and commercial outcomes across all service lines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and roadmaps by analyzing market trends, emerging technologies, and threat landscapes.
• Lead the development of the StickSecure cybersecurity platform through technical input and collaboration with product teams.
• Oversee all cybersecurity practices, including creating new consulting services to meet market needs.
• Act as the principal technical advisor, providing high-level risk assessments and strategic client consultations.
• Spearhead R&D efforts to integrate the latest security technologies into company services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity leadership or CISO roles.
• Strong background in strategic project management.
• Proven expertise in technical leadership and driving innovation.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and emerging threats.
• Experience in managing organizational structures for optimal service delivery.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
