Description

Lead the evolution and implementation of enterprise architecture aligned with strategic transportation goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy supporting mission objectives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with operational needs.
• Facilitate co-creation of architecture standards through cross-functional workshops.
• Guide flexible governance processes balancing standards with innovation.
• Spearhead research, proof-of-concept projects, and hackathons for emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technology leadership.
• Proficiency with TOGAF frameworks.
• Experience with Zachman frameworks.
• Strong capabilities in Data Analytics.
• Experience managing proof-of-concept (POC) projects and scaling them.
• Ability to bridge the gap between IT and operational divisions.
• Bachelor's Degree.
