Description

You will lead the institution's financial strategy, oversee critical operations including asset and liability management, liquidity, and capital requirements, and direct the Accounting, Deposit Operations, and Information Technology functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage asset and liability management, liquidity, investment portfolio, and debt and capital management.
• Chair the Asset/Liability Committee and the Information Technology Steering Committee, while co-chairing the Enterprise Risk Management Committee.
• Appraise the organization's financial position and report on stability, liquidity, and growth.
• Direct the information technology function and manage contractual arrangements with third-party data service providers.
• Oversee departmental functions including IT and accounting, ensuring effective staff management and training.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in financial institution controller, financial reporting, regulatory, accounting, investment, internal audit, information technology, or supervisory roles.
• Deep expertise in asset and liability management, liquidity management, and portfolio management.
• Experience managing cash, float, and capital requirements.
• Ability to utilize asset and liability simulation models and GAP reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and vendors.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and train staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience co-chairing or leading enterprise risk management committees.
• Background in managing third-party data service provider contracts.
