Description

You will manage the identification, interpretation, and recording of market regulations affecting ICS Policy across 60 countries. You will own the Group Obligation register and coordinate regulatory impact assessments with first and second line stakeholders for Group Compliance oversight. You will perform regulatory gap analysis against industry standards and the Group ICS Risk Type Framework, ensuring the ICS Policy Framework aligns with NIST 800, ISO27001, FIPS-140-2, PCI-DSS, and SWIFT. You will conduct regulatory attestations, provide compliance responses on ICS Policy effectiveness, and innovate processes to improve efficiency in regulatory gap analysis and standards mapping.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group Obligation register by identifying and recording key market regulations.
• Coordinate regulatory impact assessments across first and second line stakeholders.
• Perform regulatory gap analysis against industry standards and the Group ICS Risk Type Framework.
• Ensure ICS Policy Framework aligns with NIST 800, ISO27001, FIPS-140-2, PCI-DSS, and SWIFT.
• Conduct regulatory attestations and provide compliance responses regarding ICS Policy effectiveness.

Required Skills

• Experience with risk definition and risk tolerance.
• Proficiency in setting up risk controls and risk monitoring.
• Ability to develop risk mitigation plans and reporting metrics.
• Knowledge of ICS Risk Type Frameworks and risk management processes.
• Familiarity with industry standards including NIST 800, ISO27001, FIPS-140-2, PCI-DSS, and SWIFT.
• Ability to perform detailed gap analysis against legal and regulatory environments.
