Description

Define and execute the vision for AI and LLM-based systems at scale.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement production systems using Go, Java, and Python.
• Design and scale Generative AI platforms using agentic frameworks like LangGraph or MCP.
• Lead the development of large-scale batch inference pipelines on GPU clusters.
• Mentor engineers across all levels and drive technical excellence.
• Translate business goals into scalable AI solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems.
• Expertise in AI/ML and LLM systems deployed in production environments.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, and Python.
• Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, gRPC, AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Proven ability to scale Generative AI platforms.
• Ability to lead initiatives from concept through deployment independently.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating AI capabilities into large-scale enterprise products.
• Contributions to open-source projects or significant personal technical work.
