Description

You will lead the identification and integration of emerging technologies and startup solutions to solve complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate startups in the FinTech and InsurTech sectors to bring tech-driven solutions into organizational processes.
• Manage innovation projects and drive Pilots or Proof of Concepts (PoCs) from conceptualization to deployment.
• Collaborate with technology teams to drive implementation, specifically focusing on API integrations, system development, and platform deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define project requirements, analyze use-cases, and track the business impact of implemented solutions.
• Drive internal innovation initiatives including hackathons and knowledge-sharing programs.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in technology innovation or project management.
• Experience with system development and technical implementation.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management across business and IT functions.
• Knowledge of API integration, system/app development, and platform deployment.
• Ability to conduct secondary research on data-driven technologies and disruptive solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting project outcomes and progress updates.
• Experience managing startup partnerships and co-creating technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the InsurTech or FinTech industry landscapes.
