Description

Lead the evaluation, adoption, and optimization of digital tools to enhance sales and service productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Benchmark internal digital tools against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to gather feedback and resolve functional challenges.
• Execute promotional initiatives, training workshops, and engagement campaigns to drive tool adoption.
• Monitor usage metrics and data to track tool effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools with existing systems.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of experience in sales operations or product management with a focus on internal digital tools.
• Background in the Life Insurance or BFSI sector.
• Experience in system development, app/platform development, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to build use cases that address specific business or organizational problem statements.
• Advanced presentation and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or PGDBM qualification.
• Certifications in Innovation, Digitization, or Project Management.
