Lead daily operations and drive organizational strategy to optimize resource utilization and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, budget management, and financial planning to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement organizational strategies in collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Manage and mentor a professional team while driving hiring needs and operational strategy.
• Execute advocacy strategies and cultivate relationships with government agencies, policymakers, and external stakeholders.
• Secure sponsorships and funding to support programs, events, and initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Chief Operating Officer or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated success in team leadership and personnel management.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and community outreach.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with non-profit organizations, associations, or member-driven entities.
