Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies focused on lead generation, funnel management, and sales signups.
• Build and maintain client relationships by identifying needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals and skill development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in global sales specifically within the IT/ITES industry.
• Proven track record in both hunting and farming client accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing sales teams.
• Expertise in revenue growth, lead generation, and funnel management.
• Ability to implement sales plans and execute strategic growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing business challenges.

Preferred Skills
