Description

Lead global technology strategy and AI/ML infrastructure for a high-growth multinational enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global AI/ML technology vision aligned with business objectives.
• Architect and scale production-grade ML platforms, pipelines, and MLOps frameworks.
• Build and lead distributed engineering, data science, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, privacy, and compliance across all services.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.

Required Skills

• 15+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in executive roles (CTO, VP of Engineering).
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven experience scaling AI/ML platforms in global enterprise environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of modern AI toolchains (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Ray, Kubeflow, MLFlow).
• Strong grasp of distributed systems, APIs, and containerization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related technical field.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and compliance standards (GDPR, ISO 27001).

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading AI initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government).
• Familiarity with AI model lifecycle governance, explainability, and auditability frameworks.
