Description

You will provide technical leadership across all business aspects, driving the development and dissemination of technology for customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and vision for product development and company-wide technology usage.
• Manage a team of 50+ members, including project managers, team leaders, and software engineers.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, identifying necessary resources and R&D goals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery and maintain code quality standards.
• Build and oversee quality assurance, data protection processes, and other operational workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess technological performance and inform necessary adjustments.
• Handle pre-sales activities and respond to technical sales queries.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a CTO, Tech Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Deep technical knowledge in PHP and mobile application development.
• Proven experience in team handling and managing large engineering organizations.
• Expertise in R&D, strategic planning, and workflow optimization.
• Experience managing overseas clients and communicating with stakeholders.
• Strong background in data protection processes.
• Ability to manage budgets and business planning.
• Demonstrated track record as a top-performing software developer.
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a small founding team environment.
