Description

Provide technical leadership for product development and company-wide technology strategy while managing a 50+ member engineering organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and vision for product development.
• Manage project managers, team leaders, and software engineers.
• Develop strategic plans and identify R&D goals.
• Oversee quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Manage budgets and business planning.

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience as CTO, Tech Lead, or similar leadership role.
• Deep technical knowledge in PHP.
• Expertise in mobile application development.
• Proven experience managing large engineering teams.
• Strong background in data protection processes.
• Experience managing overseas clients and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a small founding team environment.
