Description

Lead technology strategy and engineering execution for early-stage NDT, imaging, or radiation mechanics products. Own the commercialization lifecycle from prototype to market.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware and software reliability hardening for robotic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, taking early-stage technologies through successful commercialization.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps by monitoring emerging hardware and software trends.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate engineering strategies.
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented engineering environment focused on quality assurance.

Required Skills

• Masters degree in engineering or science.
• 10-15 years of senior technical engineering management experience.
• Domain expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT), imaging, or radiation mechanics.
• Proven track record of commercializing early-stage engineering products.
• Hands-on expertise in product hardening and reliability engineering.
• Executive-level leadership and product management/ownership capabilities.
• Strong background in quality assurance (QA) and technology leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in both medical and industrial radiation applications.
• Advanced ability to evaluate and integrate new technology trends into product strategy.
