Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical strategy in collaboration with the executive team.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, efficient, and secure products.
• Manage and mentor the technology team to support professional growth.
• Maintain technology infrastructure reliability, performance, and security.
• Implement best practices for data management and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Hands-on exposure to AI, ML, and Automation.
• Proven experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Strong background in software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Degree from an IIT.
