Description

Design and deliver classroom-led and eLearning solutions for the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS).

You will analyze system functionality to translate software requirements into effective learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CWIS functionality to develop facilitator-led and eLearning courses.
• Design training materials and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for program administrators.
• Collaborate with Training Leads and Agile teams to create learning content.
• Conduct quality assurance on training materials and evaluate student progress.

Required Skills

• 3+ years in curriculum design and training materials for adult learners.
• 3+ years in business analysis and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3+ years with Learning Management System (LMS) technology, including XML and HTML.
• 3+ years designing and delivering computer-based training and interactive media.
• 3+ years using Adobe FrameMaker, Captivate, Photoshop, Breeze, Dreamweaver, or Visio.
• 3+ years developing dynamic instructional materials using simulations and interactions.
• 3+ years leading training via in-person, virtual, or webinar formats.
• 3+ years in social services program administration or NC FAST case management.
• 3+ years managing classroom training logistics, facility management, and course scheduling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing basic application software and hardware support.
• Strong understanding of internet concepts and web technology.
