Description

You will design and manage cloud infrastructure and container orchestration within AWS and Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Build Terraform modules from scratch or integrate pre-built modules to provision AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Manage and debug Kubernetes resources including namespaces, deployments, pods, services, and auto-scaling.
• Implement DevOps and GitOps designs for multi-account and multi-environment architectures.
• Maintain technical documentation including runbooks, technical diagrams, and workflows on a weekly basis.
• Manage your own Jira user stories and help desk tickets during active sprints.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or DevOps roles.
• Expertise in AWS services: EKS, ECS, Fargate, EC2, DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL, Lambda, API Gateway, MSK, S3, IAM, VPC, SQS, ELB, and EFS.
• Advanced Terraform skills, including module development, workspace management, and state file handling.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and resource management.
• Proficiency in Git, including branch management (feature, hotfix, release), merging, and pull requests.
• Programming proficiency in Python, Shell, HCL, GoLang, and Java.
• Experience with Jules and Spinnaker.
• Ability to work independently with low guidance while assisting teammates with technical issues.
• Strong technical writing skills for documentation and clear verbal communication.
