Description

You will lead the design and technical delivery of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagements to validate business and technical requirements and present optimal architecture.
• Design and execute CIAM solutions with integrations for peripheral systems including IGA, AD, ITSM, and SIEM.
• Lead the technical delivery of CIAM projects from detailed design through to implementation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during the implementation and integration phases.
• Configure various authentication channels and factors, including MFA deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Proven track record leading and executing at least 2 projects as a CIAM Architect.
• Hands-on experience with CIAM products such as CA SiteMinder, PingFederate, PingAccess, Okta, ForgeRock, or Entra ID.
• Deep expertise in Federation Services across platforms like Azure AD, Okta, Ping Federation, and ADFS.
• Strong proficiency with authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Experience integrating legacy and SaaS applications into CIAM solutions.
• Solid understanding of CIAM controls, use cases, and frameworks such as CIS and NIST.
• Experience configuring authentication factors and channels.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing client relationships and project lifecycles.
