Description
You will act as a subject matter expert for Customer Identity & Access Management platform implementation and operations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and operate Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platforms.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Apply CIAM industry best practices to identity architecture.
- Evaluate the cybersecurity implications of architectural decisions and standard applications.
- Manage the links between authentication and authorization processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
- Deep understanding of OAuth, OIDC, and SAML standards.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CDC/Gigya.
- Expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management.
- Proven ability to apply security standards to identity workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud or ForgeRock qualifications.
- CISSP or equivalent security certification.
- Experience designing greenfield CIAM platforms, password-less flows, social/biometric login, WebAuthn, or low-friction registration.
