Description

You will act as the subject matter expert for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platform implementation and operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate CIAM platforms, translating technical requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Apply CIAM industry best practices to identity architecture and standard applications.
• Evaluate cybersecurity implications of architectural decisions and manage links between authentication and authorization processes.
• Manage identity workflows using established security standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Deep understanding of OAuth, OIDC, and SAML standards.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CDC or Gigya.
• Expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ForgeRock Identity Cloud or ForgeRock qualifications.
• CISSP or equivalent security certification.
• Experience designing greenfield CIAM platforms, password-less flows, social/biometric login, WebAuthn, or low-friction registration.
