Description

You design, build, and support CI/CD automation workflows to streamline deployment processes across RHEL 7 to RHEL 9 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain automation scripts using shell scripting and other tools to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Manage and support package deployment activities across RHEL 7 to RHEL 9 environments.
• Utilize containerization technologies including Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes for application deployment.
• Collaborate with platform, security, and remediation teams to ensure compliance and security best practices.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• Proficient in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong experience in Linux administration, particularly with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Expertise in shell scripting and automation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies: Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Knowledge of RPM packaging and deployment processes.
