Description

Manage CyberArk security solutions and maintain privileged access controls.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Onboard privileged accounts into CyberArk environments.
• Monitor security events and troubleshoot reported customer issues.
• Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to deliver solutions.
• Support CyberArk components including Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Central Policy Manager (CPM).

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in CyberArk operations and support.
• Direct experience with CyberArk Privilege Cloud.
• Expertise in onboarding privileged accounts.
• Strong knowledge of IAM and PAM processes and controls.
• Experience with Java, SQL, and CyberArk development.
• Proficiency in Active Directory with Kerberos.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM.
• Solid understanding of networking and security protocols.

Preferred Skills

• CyberArk certifications such as Certified Trustee, Certified Defender, or Certified Sentry.
• Experience with Centrify PAM support services and account onboarding.
• Experience with other PAM solutions.
