Description

You will manage IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments, automate business processes, and provide L3 production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own production incident resolution and manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
• Provide L3 support, including participating in crisis calls for service recovery and managing MIRs and SIPs.
• Execute release management and coordinate delivery artifacts within production support workflows.
• Design and implement file transfers using ConnectDirect, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and HTTPS.
• Develop business processes using BPML, existing services, and adapters within the Sterling suite.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and associated products.
• Extensive knowledge of BPML (Business Process Modeling Language).
• Hands-on experience with PGP encryption and decryption tools.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, XPath, and XSLT.
• Strong Unix shell scripting skills.
• Experience managing Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Deep understanding of file transfer protocols: SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and HTTPS.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Availability to work rotating shifts and provide out-of-hours support.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and observability tools such as AppDynamics or Splunk.
• IBM certifications or equivalent.
