Description

You will own infrastructure implementations and deployments for Cisco Cloud Collaboration technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end design solutions including integration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes for collaboration services.
• Drive proof of concepts to test new capabilities and technologies.
• Create accurate project specifications and technical standards.
• Coordinate vendor and third-party escalation support.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with voice, video, and Cisco Webex platforms (on and off-premise).
• Proficiency with Cisco Cloud Collaboration tools including Control Hub and Site Service Administration.
• Hands-on experience with WebEx App, Jabber, and Cloud Calling.
• Deep understanding of VoIP protocols such as SIP, MGCP, and SCCP.
• Technical knowledge of Cisco TelePresence, Room OS 11, and Cisco Room Series devices.
• Ability to decipher VoIP, Video, and Webex topologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and automation experience.
• Microsoft Teams administration experience.
