Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Cisco CVP IVR solutions, including call flow interactions and custom integration components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design call flow interactions using VXML scripting.
• Develop custom Java components for CVP integration.
• Manage and maintain Cisco CVP architecture and features.
• Integrate IVR workflows with Contact Center and database systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR engineering.
• Proficiency with the Cisco CVP platform.
• Hands-on experience with Call Studio.
• Strong VXML scripting skills for call flow design.
• Java programming for custom component development.
• Experience with Contact Center integration.
• Knowledge of database integration within IVR environments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
