Description

You will lead the development and integration of Google Dialogflow within Cisco CVP environments. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure Google Dialogflow projects, agents, and associated settings.
• Integrate Google Dialogflow with contact center applications and Cisco CVP apps.
• Execute Google Dialogflow API calls and implement custom logic.
• Manage data workflows using BigQuery, Cloud Functions, and Teradata.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow configurations and API customizations.
• Practical knowledge of NLU processes and working knowledge of CCAI.
• Experience with speech services such as Nuance, Google, or Poly/Lex.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Teradata.
• Experience with BigQuery and Cloud Functions.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience integrating Dialogflow with complex contact center architectures.
• Familiarity with Cisco CVP specific deployment patterns.
