Description

Manage and support infrastructure deployments centered on Cisco Cloud Collaboration. Execute core technical tasks for implementations and troubleshoot moderate to high complexity service problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure implementations and deployments for Cisco Cloud Collaboration technologies.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Drive proof of concepts to test new capabilities and technologies.
• Develop project specifications and provide technical input for content standards.
• Coordinate vendor and third-party escalation support.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with voice, video, and Cisco Webex platforms (on and off-premise).
• Proficiency with Cisco Cloud Collaboration technologies, including Hybrid Calendar, Cloud Calling, and Jabber.
• Experience with Control Hub Administration and Site Service Administration.
• Deep understanding of VoIP protocols such as SIP, MGCP, and SCCP.
• Ability to decipher VoIP, Video, and Webex topologies.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco TelePresence, Room OS 11, and Cisco Room Series/Desk Pro devices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and automation experience.
