Description

Manage and support Cisco Cloud Collaboration infrastructure, handling deployments, incident resolution, and technical escalations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute core infrastructure deployments, including problem, incident, and change management.
• Drive proof of concepts to test new capabilities and maintain implementation standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party support for technical escalations.
• Work on prioritized features within ongoing sprints to maintain end-to-end design solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with voice, video, and Cisco Webex platforms (on and off-premise).
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Cloud Collaboration technologies including WebEx App, Control Hub, and Site Service Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco TelePresence, Room OS 11, Desk Pro, and Cisco Room Series devices.
• Proficiency with VoIP protocols such as SIP, MGCP, and SCCP.
• Ability to decipher VoIP, Video, and Webex topologies.
• Experience with Hybrid Calendar, Cloud Calling, and Jabber.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Outlook, and Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and automation experience.
• Microsoft Teams administration experience.
