Description

You will design, implement, and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Zero Trust solutions using Cisco Duo across various enterprise platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and implement Cisco Duo MFA and Zero Trust architectures.
• Test integration use cases for Cisco Duo during Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Troubleshoot integration issues with CyberArk, Cisco ISE, AD, New Relic, Big Panda, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
• Manage support requests, device trust policies, adaptive authentication failures, and user access problems.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Duo, including onboarding, provisioning, upgrades, and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience deploying and managing Cisco Duo solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM, MFA, SSO, and Zero Trust best practices.
• Experience integrating Duo with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), VPNs (AnyConnect, Palo Alto GlobalProtect), and enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to integrate Duo with LDAP, SAML, and OAuth applications.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and network security concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate or CCNP Security certifications.
• Experience with Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity alongside Cisco Duo.
