Description

You will manage and maintain enterprise-level, mission-critical network infrastructure components in a 24x7 environment. You will deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure while ensuring configurations comply with established standards.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure.
• Review log files and perform network system analysis, reporting, and support queue management.
• Own and document escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution using ServiceNow.
• Participate in the setup, documentation, and testing of network architecture and proof of concept requirements.
• Manage rotating on-call shifts and adhere to ITIL and Change Management processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing LAN and WAN infrastructure.
• Expertise in Routing and Switching, including Cisco Nexus and L2/L3 protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SD-WAN and Viptela.
• Proficiency with routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
• Deep understanding of L2 protocols: STP, MSTP, RSTP, Dynamic VLAN, and HSRP/VRRP.
• Experience with Wireless technologies (IEEE 802.11 a, Ethernet, IEEE 802.1x).
• Hands-on experience with Riverbed and Cisco hardware.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for ticket management.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of VELO Cloud, Meraki, and Aruba Wireless.
