Description

You will manage and support a multi-site enterprise network environment, focusing on advanced connectivity and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design network architecture and produce detailed technical configurations and documentation for all network equipment.
• Troubleshoot advanced problems involving LAN/WAN connectivity, wireless networks, VOIP, and application response times.
• Manage and maintain Cisco Firepower (FTD), Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and SolarWinds components.
• Provision and support ISP, MPLS, and internet circuits while monitoring utilization for efficiency.
• Lead technical projects to upgrade infrastructure and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Firepower Firewall (FTD).
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• 1+ years of experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, and VOIP connectivity.
• Experience managing network security components and ASA firewalls.
• Ability to perform throughput analysis and infrastructure planning.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation one week per month.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP or CCNA certifications.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Aruba remote wireless (RAP), Zscaler, and ServiceNow.
