Description

Manage Cisco ISE administration and network security infrastructure as a Level 3 Analyst.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cisco ISE server personas, authentication policies, and Dot1x wired/wireless configurations.
• Execute Cisco ISE software and hardware upgrades and manage NAD configurations.
• Configure and maintain wireless, wired, and remote access infrastructure, including device enrollment services.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot vendor bug fixes within customer environments.
• Handle hardware/software configurations to optimize network functionality and support incident, change, and problem management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and security.
• Deep expertise in Cisco ISE 3.0 configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Switching, Routing, and SD-WAN.
• Proficiency with routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
• Strong knowledge of IPv4/IPv6 sub-netting, MPLS, VPN, and Layer 2/3 networking.
• Experience managing IPSec/SSL VPN tunnels (Site-to-Site and Remote Access).
• Practical knowledge of cabling infrastructure and hardware installation.
• Experience using ITSM tools including ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and Wiki.
