Description

Manage Cisco networking infrastructure, VOIP/IP telephony systems, and MS Teams tenant administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MS Teams tenants, including user account configuration and Secret Server credential management.
• Configure and test direct routing domains within Office 365 and manage associated telephone numbers.
• Manage Ribbon SBCs, including full network inventory and orchestration of session management and policy control functions.
• Handle user privilege levels, audit trails, and integration with device-specific management tools.
• Set alarm rules, perform call history diagnostics, and manage alarm resynchronization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Expertise in Cisco networking environments.
• Hands-on experience with VOIP/IP telephony administration.
• Proficiency in managing MS Teams tenants and direct routing.
• Experience configuring and monitoring Ribbon SBCs.
• Knowledge of session management and policy control network functions.
• Ability to perform deep diagnostics via call history and call traces.
• Background in network architecture.
