Description

You will manage the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco network and security components. You own project delivery while collaborating with leadership to assess network capacity needs.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco campus and data center networking components.
• Monitor LAN/WAN performance and utilization to identify and resolve capacity issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including network mapping, configurations, and service records.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training plans for network administration and disaster recovery.
• Leverage the ITIL framework to maintain stability through defined standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network administration and systems analysis.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Firepower Firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco campus and data center networking components.
• Proficiency in LAN/WAN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Experience with network asset management and inventory maintenance.
• Ability to manage end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
