Description

You will manage enterprise network stability through advanced troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, and WAN infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switch issues including port status, VLAN misconfigurations, and MAC address-table analysis.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity and resolve DHCP, DNS, and port-security violations such as BPDU guard and MAC limiting.
• Coordinate with ISPs to resolve circuit outages using traceroutes, interface stats, and NetFlow data.
• Monitor BGP and MPLS circuit performance and escalate routing issues.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in L2 network support involving Cisco switches, Wi-Fi, and ISP ticket management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CCNA/CCNP level technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Meraki Dashboard, Wireshark, SolarWinds, and NetFlow.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, STP, VLANs (802.1Q), HSRP, and DHCP snooping.
• Experience with Catalyst 9200/9300, Nexus 2K/5K, Cisco Aironet 2800/3800, and Meraki MRs.
• Expertise in 802.11ax/Wi-Fi 6 and advanced Wi-Fi diagnostics.
• Strong CLI-based troubleshooting and WAN/LAN protocol analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SD-WAN, Cisco DNA Center, or network automation using Python and Ansible.
