You will manage and support voice, video, and data communication systems and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support telephony, collaboration systems, and telehealth services.
• Maintain video conferencing, desktop, and softphone configurations.
• Manage mobile devices, email, and voicemail systems.
• Ensure the stability of data communication services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in communications engineering.
• Cisco Unified Communications expertise.
• Experience supporting voice and video infrastructure.
• Knowledge of telephony and collaboration system administration.
• Degree in any field.
