Description

You will manage and configure voice networking topologies and gateway services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure voice gateways using dial peers and manage voice networking topologies.
• Implement and maintain SRST, SIP, H323, and MGCP protocols.
• Maintain voice services within VMware virtual environments.
• Troubleshoot networking protocols to ensure connectivity and call quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in voice engineering.
• Hands-on experience with SIP, H323, MGCP, and SCCP protocols.
• Deep understanding of QSIG and TCP/IP networking protocols.
• Proficiency with VMware virtual environments.
• Knowledge of SRST implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
