Description

You will manage and support Cisco voice and IP telephony infrastructure, including Unified Communications and Contact Center environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
• Administer Cisco IM & Presence Server, Cisco Jabber, and Webex Cloud technologies.
• Support Cisco Contact Center environments, including UCCX or UCCE.
• Maintain Voice IOS Gateways using H.323 and MGCP protocols.
• Utilize Calabrio Call recording for voice data management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in VOIP and IP telephony.
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) and Cisco Jabber.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.
• 3+ years of experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology (WxC and WxCC).
• Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
• Experience with Voice IOS Gateways using H.323 and MGCP.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
