Description

You will provide technical support and incident resolution for medium to high complexity issues within the NOC.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents involving WAN, LAN, routers, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Implement and support remote access solutions including VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix.
• Execute disaster recovery solutions and follow Severity/Crisis Management processes.
• Monitor Patch Management and Anti-Virus alerts on servers and workstations.
• Interface with clients and vendors to resolve technical problems and participate in discovery sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or network engineering.
• Proficiency with Cisco networking technologies.
• Experience managing WAN and LAN environments.
• Hands-on experience with routers and firewalls.
• Working knowledge of hardware and software diagnosis.
• Ability to maintain customer service level agreements (SLAs).
• Experience with remote access tools like VPN and Citrix.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications: CCNA, Network+, A+, MCDST/MCSE, ACMT, HDI-DST, CCEA/CCIIA, or VCP.
