Description

You will design, implement, and manage complex Cisco wireless network solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review, redesign, and implement Cisco wireless solutions including WLCs and Access Points.
• Conduct RF surveys, analyze propagation models, and optimize AP placement.
• Diagnose and resolve wireless network issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and troubleshoot mobility features and wireless security protocols.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and hardware procurement.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in wireless networking.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) and Access Points (APs).
• Proficiency in IEEE 802.11 standards and Wi-Fi Alliance certifications.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with network automation tools and orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of wireless security best practices and guest access management.

Preferred Skills

• CCNP Wireless or higher certification.
• CWNP certifications, such as CWAP.
