Lead information security efforts to safeguard digital assets, manage compliance, and implement cybersecurity measures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate and enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMMS).
• Perform annual or event-driven Information Security audits and present findings to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Develop, document, and enforce organization-wide security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Establish a risk management framework and define KPIs to measure security effectiveness.
• Lead customer-facing security reviews, audits, and the implementation of Business Continuity Plans.

Required Skills

• CISSP certification.
• CISM certification.
• Senior cybersecurity experience.
• KCISSP certification.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
• Experience with software development environments.
• Ability to define IS goals aligned with business objectives.
• Experience establishing risk management frameworks.
• Ability to manage information security awareness and training programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing contractor and supplier security compliance.
