Description

You will act as a technical expert managing complex systems and implementing technical best practices without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement technical best practices across the infrastructure.
• Plan and execute service changes and operational process improvements.
• Develop and document enterprise-level test plans and Standard Operating Environments (SOEs).
• Contribute to internal and external operational processes and customer engagement.
• Support and deliver Windows Virtual Desktop environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise-level technical experience.
• Deep knowledge of Citrix ADC (Netscaler).
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Gateway in Azure.
• Proficiency with Citrix Storefront administration.
• Experience with VPN solutions and load balancing.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and VBScript.
• Ability to work via various vendor CLI tools.
• Experience managing Change Management processes.
• Degree in any field.
