Description

You will maintain and support global Citrix server environments and virtual desktops across data centers and public cloud.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all Citrix infrastructure components to ensure 24x7x365 uptime.
• Manage, coordinate, and implement Citrix environment deployments, upgrades, and server patches.
• Install, configure, and manage Citrix NetScaler, including virtual servers, certificates, and policy settings.
• Perform fault analysis, system performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Develop scripts or applications to automate tasks and improve environment stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Citrix administration.
• Expertise in Citrix NetScaler installation, configuration, and management.
• Experience with NetScaler load balancing and troubleshooting escalated issues.
• Proficiency in Citrix Cloud deployments, including Delivery Groups, Machine Catalogues, and Workspace configuration.
• Hands-on experience with SAML Citrix configuration and MFA NetScaler integrations.
• Ability to perform NetScaler firmware upgrades following vendor recommendations.
• Degree in any field of study.
