Description

You will manage and maintain critical Microsoft and Citrix environments for UAE operations, owning the configuration, administration, and stability of the virtual desktop infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Citrix XenApp infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Manage Citrix XenDesktop infrastructure and provisioning services.
• Administer Provisioning and Machine Creation services within a VMware environment.
• Handle Desktop OS image capturing and manage Desktop OS for Citrix VDI environments.
• Execute event, incident, and problem management processes using standard tools.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Microsoft and Citrix environments.
• 7 years of Systems Administration experience.
• Expertise in configuring Citrix XenApp infrastructure.
• Experience with Citrix XenDesktop infrastructure.
• Proficiency in VMware environments.
• Hands-on experience with Desktop OS image capturing.
• Knowledge of Provisioning and Machine Creation services.
